Navvico Terms of Service

Service Usage

Navvico provides SaaS automation tools for Shopify stores and Atlassian teams. Merchants must have a valid Shopify or Atlassian account and remain compliant with those platforms' terms of service. By installing a Navvico app you authorize Navvico to access the necessary APIs on your behalf.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Navvico services to violate laws, abuse platform APIs, or attempt to reverse engineer other merchants' data. Automated scraping, spam, or security testing without authorization is not allowed. We reserve the right to suspend access that threatens platform stability or security.

Availability & Support

Navvico operates services on EU-based infrastructure with monitored uptime. Planned maintenance notifications are sent via email. Support is available at support@navvico.com during weekdays 9:00–18:00 EET.

Limitation of Liability

Navvico products are provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee revenue outcomes, conversion lift, or sprint velocity improvements. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Navvico OÜ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Data Handling

Data access is limited to the scope required to deliver automation features. Aggregated metrics are retained for 90 days unless a merchant requests deletion. Customer PII is not stored by CartAI.

Termination

Merchants can uninstall Navvico apps at any time from Shopify or Atlassian. Upon uninstall we revoke access tokens and remove stored aggregates. Navvico may terminate service for material breach of these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes are handled by the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
