Automatic Deletion
When a merchant uninstalls any Navvico Shopify app, Shopify sends an app/uninstalled webhook. Navvico processes this event immediately, revokes access tokens, and deletes stored aggregated metrics linked to that shop domain.

Merchants can email support@navvico.com with their shop domain (e.g., example.myshopify.com). We verify ownership via Shopify admin email or partner dashboard before fulfilling the request.
Data deletion is completed within a reasonable timeframe, typically under 48 hours. Confirmation is provided once aggregates are cleared.
CartAI stores only aggregated product-level metrics (no customer PII). SprintGuard and SyntaxValid store configuration metadata necessary for product functionality.
